Steve Madden seeks a Store Supervisor who can oversee daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain visual standards.

You will assist in floor moves, stock replenishment, merchandising, cleaning, and inventory control while supporting a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 6-12 months retail experience, and solid English communication.

Mansioni

• Supervise an assigned work schedule in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in store operations including customer relations, stock disposition and merchandise displays.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying, maintenance and cleaning of store areas.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
