Job summary

Michaels Stores in Monaca, PA is seeking a friendly Team Member to help customers find products, provide quick checkout, and promote the Rewards program. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and basic store recovery to keep the store well-presented and in stock.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and ensuring checkout accuracy.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store upkeep, including returns/go-backs.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and Company policies; maintain a positive customer service image.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling/production.
