Job summary

Michaels Stores in Monaca, PA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast checkout while maintaining store standards. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well-presented.

You will also engage customers with rewards programs, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and adapt to the needs of a dynamic retail environment including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Stocking, truck unload, planograms, and store recovery duties.
