Job summary

Michaels Stores in Nashville (NASH-BELLEVUE) is hiring store associates to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintain an in-stock store.

You will engage customers in the Rewards program, support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and follow SOPs. The role requires physical stamina; nights, weekends and early mornings may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and keep store well-merchandised.
