Michaels in Nashville is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and provide a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role includes engagement with Rewards programs, enrollment assistance, and cross-training in Custom Framing. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Experience handling transactions and providing a helpful checkout
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store appearance and merchandise recovery
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
• Interact respectfully and model positive behavior for team members
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
