Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Constant movement in all store areas; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store/GM to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams on reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
