Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Birmingham to deliver authentic guest experiences and bring the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will contribute to sales, loyalty, and a high-performing team by providing product expertise and personalized service on the floor.

As a part-time, non-exempt position, you will stay engaged with customers, participate in visual merchandising, and assist with stock and routines to keep the store welcoming and organized during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results, individually and as a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Constant movement around the store and readiness to assist guests.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with leadership and goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy shopping experience.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to inform action plans and growth opportunities.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures meet company policies.
• Support product flow, merchandising, and replenishment.
