Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) for the Biltmore Fashion Park location in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the ALO Brand Mission through authentic service and product expertise.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipment processing, floor replenishment, visual standards, and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive efficiency and guest

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; climb ladders.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivation with team-oriented drive.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processes, and replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate across reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities.
• Support safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Assist with company-level operations directives with the Ops & Visual team.
• Support product flow and daily replenishment on the floor.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
