Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations
• Must be able to move constantly around store areas
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Able to bend, kneel, climb and maneuver in back-of-house
• Stand for entire shift and deliver excellent guest service
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative with the team

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership and fix gaps
• Assist with shipments, receiving, transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and floor presentation
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, and vendor relationships to support operations
• Ensure safe stockroom practices and efficient daily operations
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet guest and business needs
• Support company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment for display areas
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and guest satisfaction
