Alo is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate at Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and representing the Alo brand across Retail, Yoga, and Café facets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impact store performance by aligning with leadership and goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO Flow initiatives.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to meet action plans and growth opportunities.
• Ensure floor coverage and implement selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate staff on guest-facing initiatives, product launches, and store goals.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
• Use company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Manage daily schedule with leadership for optimal business strategy.
• Assist in receiving shipments and merchandising; maintain clean, safe store.
