Job summary

ALO in Park City seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and bring the ALO Brand Mission to life.

You will handle inventory, shipments and processing, replenish on the floor, maintain visual standards, and ensure safe, efficient stockroom operations, with up to 20 hours per week.

This role requires mobility, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset during a fast-paced holiday season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or operations.
• Ability to move constantly in store and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist with shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom organization.
• Support operations directives in partnership with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Resolve guest needs quickly and communicate inventory needs as required.
