Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods with guest-focused service and strong operational execution. You’ll help manage inventory, maintain visual standards, and work with store leadership to drive sales and a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with emphasis on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor sets
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities
• Support safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Execute operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment for product flow
• Use store metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
• Duties require ongoing movement in store and back of house, with tasks to keep store clean and efficient
