Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Gilbert, AZ. This part-time role supports store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life through authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, processing shipments, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor. The role requires physical activity, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partner with GM/Store Manager to escalate gaps
• Support execution of shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates and supplies management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
• Assist in executing company-level operations directives with Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; include merchandising and replenishment
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals
• Duties require constant movement in store and back of house; perform other tasks to keep store clean and efficient
