Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and applying product knowledge to life in the store. Qualifications

• 1+ years client-centric sales & operational experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the store.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Identify and escalate inventory or process gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Engage with guests to resolve questions and drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with budgets, inventory control, and facilities to optimize operations.
