Job summary

ALO in Tucson seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods, delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will leverage product knowledge and personalized service to enhance loyalty and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shipment and receiving, floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales/ops environment.
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and stock control.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Work with budgets, vendors, tech and facilities to optimize operations.
• Uphold safe work environment and stockroom processes.
• Move actively on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Support company operations directives with the Ops & Visual team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily product flow.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest needs promptly and accurately.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Keep store clean, safe, inviting and efficient.
