Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Florida to support peak business periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand alignment. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, floor presentation, and efficient store operations to drive customer satisfaction and teamwork.

The position is part-time (up to 20 hours/week) with a fast-paced environment during the holiday season. Candidates should be able to move continuously, lift up to 50 lbs, and work collaboratively with store

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations
• Constant movement required in all store areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; ladder safety
• Stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, and facilities to maximize operations
• Promote a safe work environment through stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Execute operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipment and daily replenishment
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions
• Resolve client needs quickly ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
