ALO in Florida seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak-season goals with guest-focused service and operational excellence. You’ll manage inventory, assist customers, and help keep the store running smoothly during high-volume periods.

This role requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a teamwork mindset. You’ll collaborate on shipments, replenishment, floor sets, and visual standards while upholding ALO’s principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-centric sales or operational role.
• Must move constantly around the store and be active.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Motivated to achieve results and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Promote a safe work environment with stockroom practices.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Implement directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist with shipments and ensure smooth product flow.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and resolve guest needs.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
