Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak store performance in Orlando. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, apply product knowledge, and uphold the ALO brand through efficient operations and service.

The role involves active movement on the floor, inventory accuracy emphasis, and collaboration with store leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction during high-volume periods. Generous employee discounts and perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in and around store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors to optimize operations.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in executing company operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment.
