Job summary

ALO is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate in Manhasset, NY. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, applying product knowledge, and maintaining brand standards during peak periods.

The associate will help manage inventory, support shipments and replenishment, and ensure a safe, efficient store environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year in client-centric sales/ops, be able to move constantly, lift up to 50 lbs, and work part-time up to 20 hours weekly including

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
