Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Michigan location. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, assist with omnichannel options like BOPIS/SFS, and support stock, planograms, and store recovery to keep the floor well merchandised. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are willing to cross-train in Custom Framing, and can work flexible

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct
• Interact with customers; be a positive role model; cross trained in Custom Framing
