Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Farmington, NM is seeking a full-time team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, execute planograms, and participate in store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment while following SOPs. Engage customers with the Rewards program, support Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store processes, and cross-train

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions to their needs.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete merchandise recovery as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers respectfully and model Michaels' values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
