Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Brewster, NY is seeking a motivated team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and implementing planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You’ll engage customers about rewards programs, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and follow SOPs while maintaining a positive, respectful attitude

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) adherence
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels and merchandise presentation
• Participate in safety and shrink programs and follow SOPs
