Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Norman, OK is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, assist with checkout, and keep the store stocked and inviting.

You will unload trucks, participate in planograms, and support store recovery, safety programs, and Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pick Up in Store. This role requires energy and reliability for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Regular bending, lifting, reaching and carrying.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and rewards enrollments.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
