Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Lapeer, MI is seeking Seasonal Retail Team Members to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will assist with stocking, checkout, and store recovery, while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS and inventory replenishment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Support store recovery and merchandise returns process to keep shelves in stock.
