Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a team member in Mansfield, MA to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You’ll support store operations, unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be 16 years or older, and be able to stand for long periods. The position offers base pay of $16.00–$18.80 per hour and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout; handle cash to standards
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers
• Educate on VOC survey
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Unload trucks; stock; maintain planograms
• Merchandise recovery and returns processing
• Execute Store In Stock Optimization and AD sets
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Model positive behavior; uphold SOPs and policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing sales and production
