Job summary

Michaels in Carson City, NV is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with stocking, merchandise recovery, and omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS, while maintaining store standards and safety.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights/weekends as needed; 16+ years old required. Base pay range listed below.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store; handle returns and recover merchandise.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
