Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in the Rewards program, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and adhering to SOPs while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash-handling accuracy.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Explain and encourage VOC surveys to customers.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery, returns, and in-stock merchandise.
