Michaels is seeking a Retail Team Member in Las Vegas, NV, to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain store standards. You’ll handle checkout with cash handling to standards and support merchandise flow.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, participation in omni-channel processes, and ensuring a well-merchandised store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; candidates must be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock status; manage returns and go-backs.
