Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in Pensacola, FL. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure fast, accurate checkout.

You’ll assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and store recovery while promoting rewards and private label card enrollments. This role supports omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), maintains planograms, and participates in in-stock and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and handle checkout accurately.
• Strong communication and friendly in-person interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Unloads trucks and supports store recovery and stocking per planograms.
• Explain Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card benefits and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey and collect feedback.
• Assist with Omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store through returns and go-backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
