Job summary

Michaels Stores Panama City Beach is seeking store team members who deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will handle cash, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and support merchandise recovery and stock management to keep the store well-merchandised.

You will engage shoppers in rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. Availability for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
