Role involves helping customers, handling cash, enrolling shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participating in Omni channel efforts like BOPIS and SFS. Training in framing is available along with a path for growth within a nationwide crafts retailer.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact respectfully with others
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
