Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain in-store sales and service experiences. You will promote a sales culture to meet or exceed KPIs and profitability goals, while developing repeat clients and staying knowledgeable about the latest apparel.

The role supports events, CRM activity and merchandising, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. The position requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Instill approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season including fit, fabric and use of the line.
• Participate in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity to drive repeat business.
• Adhere to service standards and company policies; foster a friendly environment for guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on floor and stock areas.
