The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store associate at our ATL-MALL OF GEORGIA location in GA. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining planograms, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You will engage customers in rewards programs and uphold SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers to shop our store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label credits enrollment.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior for teammates.
