Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Associate for our VEGAS-N Las Vegas, NV location. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to assist customers and operate checkout.
• Familiarity with store merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain in-store stock.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in stock, planogram, and store recovery tasks.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
