Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves with ladders or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers about the VOC survey and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain in-stock store with merchandise recovery and SISO/AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
