Responsibilities

• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups and related tasks to Macy's service standards.
• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment and complete transactions using POS systems.
• Keep pickup/return areas organized and ensure a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote loyalty benefits and thank customers as part of the service experience.
• Support teammates with honesty, care and collaboration.
• Strive to improve daily performance and store results.
