Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Team Member for our Burlington, NJ store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-stocked, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and on the sales floor.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and handle cash accurately.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS as needed.
• Help with store recovery, shelf replenishment, and loss-prevention programs.
