Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Team Member in Clifton, NJ. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery to maintain a well-merchandised store. Responsibilities include assisting with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, engaging customers on loyalty programs, and supporting store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop
• Process fast, accurate checkout with cash handling
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
