Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in McAllen, TX, is hiring a Seasonal Part Time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers with finding products.

You will ensure a quick checkout experience, handle cash, and participate in unloading trucks, stocking and planogram maintenance to keep the store well merchandised. Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram compliance.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and complete enrollments where relevant.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and store recovery duties.
