Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Seasonal Team Member for our Epping, NH store. You will help customers shop, provide friendly service, and assist with checkout and in-store processes.

You’ll participate in Omni-channel tasks like BOPIS/SFS, engage customers on rewards and card enrollments, and may cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Additional duties as assigned.
