Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member (Part Time) to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers. You will handle checkout, support truck unloads, restock shelves, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep shelves in stock.
• Support Omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in merchandise recovery and general store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised.
