Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Munhall, PA is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and support a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help customers locate products, participate in truck unloading, and maintain in-stock and well-merchandised shelves.

Responsibilities include contributing to omni-channel tasks (BOPIS/SFS), rewards enrollment support, and safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, shelf replenishment, and planogram adherence.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and rewards enrollment.
• Maintain store recovery, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Cross-train in framing product sales and production.
