Job summary

Michaels in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, help them locate products, and provide a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will engage customers with rewards program enrollments and support store operations throughout the shift.

This role involves stocking, merchandising, and participating in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credits and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact respectfully with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
