Job summary

Michaels Stores in Spokane, WA is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while supporting store recovery and planograms.

The role involves engaging customers in the Rewards program and credit card enrollments, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; complete merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
