Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey and collect feedback
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery, in‑stock conditions, and merchandise presentation
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and policies
