Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Boise store is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.

You’ll handle fast, accurate checkout and assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution to keep the store in-stock and well-merchandised. Responsibilities include supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, engaging customers about Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and upholding SOPs and safety standards while

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition; handle merchandise returns and go-backs.
