Job summary

Michaels in Springfield, OR is hiring a Team Member to help customers locate products, assist with checkout, and maintain a well-stocked store. You will handle merchandise, support truck unloading, and keep the floor tidy and in-stock while delivering friendly service.

You'll engage customers with the Michaels Rewards program, participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and follow SOPs to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
