Job summary

Michaels Alexandria is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store while supporting store recovery and safety programs.

This role also involves engaging customers in the rewards program and private label credit cards, assisting with Omni-channel processes, and adhering to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions.
• Willingness to learn product location and checkout standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with compliant cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and support safety programs.
