Job summary

Michaels Linden store is seeking a team member to help customers find products, ring up sales, and uphold store standards. You’ll engage customers with our Rewards program, assist with omnichannel services, and support stocking, returns, and framing tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to SOPs, cash handling accuracy, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. Employee discounts and store benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store in-stock status; handle returns/go-backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; project a positive image in the store
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
