Michaels Destin is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate a fast, accurate checkout in a busy store location. You will engage shoppers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support omni-channel processes, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and a positive store presence. Must be 16+ years old with the ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes when needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and enroll them in rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find items.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni‑channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
